Benny M. Turner, Founder and President
Asset Manager

Benny is founder and President of Advisers USA, LLC and each of the three affiliated companies. He has been married to Gracie Turner for the past 52 years. They have one son and two grandchildren. He is a 25 year resident of Santa Rosa County.

He joined the U.S. Navy at 17 years of age and served 11 years of military duty and 12 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve; retiring as a Chief Petty Officer in 1986. After an honorable discharge from active duty, he served in various ministry and helping roles including pastor, hospital chaplain, college professor, and marriage and family therapist. He has worked in the financial services field since 1998 and has specialized in financial planning and portfolio management since 2003. During that time he has helped hundreds of couples and individuals live their financial dreams.

Benny holds Series 66 and Series 63 securities licenses, and is a licensed insurance agent. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

Jason R. Mosley is the principal of Mosley Law, P.A., where he practices comprehensive estate planning. He has served as an Assistant Professor with the University of West Florida's Department of Criminal Justice and Legal Services and is a regular lecturer on the topics of tax, probate and estate planning and the philosophy of law. He holds a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University and Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of West Florida. Mr. Mosley is a member of the Florida Bar (where he serves on the Probate Rules Committee and the Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections). He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Florida and the United States Tax Court.
