At Outliers Recruiting LLC, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and reliable payment experience for all clients using our recruiting and talent acquisition services. This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, billing expectations, payment security, and other important terms related to payments made to our business.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments through the following secure payment providers:

PayPal
Clients may complete payments using their PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card, or credit card through the PayPal platform, subject to PayPal’s availability in their region.

Stripe
We also accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe, depending on the customer’s location and Stripe’s platform capabilities.

All payments must be made through one of the approved methods listed above. We do not accept cash, checks, or direct wire payments unless expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting a payment through PayPal or Stripe, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method,

  • the billing information you provide is true, current, and complete,

  • you authorize Outliers Recruiting LLC to charge the full amount due for the agreed service, package, consultation, placement-related fee, or other authorized charge.

If your payment is declined, reversed, flagged, or otherwise not successfully processed, we may delay, suspend, or cancel the corresponding service until payment is completed successfully.

3. Billing Terms

Payment may be required in full or in part before services begin, depending on the nature of the recruiting service, consulting engagement, search agreement, or any customized package offered by Outliers Recruiting LLC.

In some cases, we may offer:

  • upfront full payment,

  • milestone-based payments,

  • deposit requirements,

  • recurring billing arrangements,

  • invoiced payment schedules for approved clients.

Any specific billing arrangement will be communicated clearly before the service is finalized. Clients are responsible for reviewing the agreed pricing and billing terms before making payment.

4. Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all charges are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your bank, card issuer, or payment provider uses a different currency, the final converted amount may vary due to exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, or charges applied by your financial institution.

Outliers Recruiting LLC is not responsible for currency conversion differences or additional fees imposed by banks, card issuers, PayPal, or Stripe.

5. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. Payments submitted through PayPal and Stripe are processed using secure third-party payment platforms that are designed to protect sensitive financial information.

Outliers Recruiting LLC does not directly store your full payment card details on its own servers unless explicitly stated through a secure and compliant billing system. Payment information is handled according to the privacy and security standards of the selected payment processor.

While we work only with trusted providers, we are not liable for outages, interruptions, or security incidents that occur solely within the systems of PayPal, Stripe, banks, or card networks.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, failed, canceled, or flagged for any reason, we reserve the right to:

  • request an alternative payment method,

  • pause ongoing services,

  • withhold deliverables,

  • cancel bookings, consultations, or service commitments,

  • refuse future service until payment issues are resolved.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds or authorization are available at the time of payment.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about a charge, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] before opening a dispute with PayPal, Stripe, your card issuer, or your bank.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may result in:

  • suspension of current services,

  • cancellation of future work,

  • restriction from placing future orders or entering future service agreements,

  • submission of documentation to the payment provider showing proof of authorization and delivery of services.

We reserve the right to challenge unjustified chargebacks and provide supporting evidence to the relevant payment processor or financial institution.

8. Taxes and Additional Fees

Any applicable taxes, service fees, or transaction-related charges will be disclosed where required. Clients are responsible for paying any taxes or government-imposed charges associated with their transaction unless otherwise stated in writing.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or Stripe may also charge additional processing, international, or transaction-related fees. These charges are determined by the third-party provider and are not controlled by Outliers Recruiting LLC.

9. Refund Eligibility

Payments made to Outliers Recruiting LLC may be subject to a separate Refund Policy or to the specific refund terms stated in an applicable service agreement, invoice, or proposal.

Because recruiting, consulting, talent sourcing, and related business services often involve time, labor, and reserved resources, not all payments may be refundable after work has started or after access to services has been provided.

Clients should review all service details carefully before submitting payment.

10. Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, we reserve the right to review transactions and request additional verification before accepting or completing a service. This may include confirmation of identity, billing details, or authorization from the payment holder.

If we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or violation of our business terms, we may refuse, cancel, or reverse the transaction where permitted by law and payment platform rules.

11. Service Access and Payment Confirmation

Services, consultations, or recruiting engagements may begin only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. A payment authorization alone does not guarantee acceptance of an order or service request.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction at our discretion in cases involving payment risk, incomplete information, service unavailability, or suspected misuse.

12. Changes to This Payment Policy

Outliers Recruiting LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, accepted payment methods, legal requirements, or service practices.

Any updates will become effective once posted with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
