Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Fee
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders shipped within the United States.
Tax
The current tax rate is 0%. No sales tax is added to your order at checkout unless required by future legal or regulatory changes.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST on a business day will begin processing from that same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed starting from the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Total Estimated Shipping Time
The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 10–12 business days.

Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after the order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events. If your order is delayed beyond the normal estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
