1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

it must not be damaged by misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence,

it must include all original components, accessories, manuals, or included materials if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

items marked as final sale,

gift cards,

downloadable products or digital goods,

customized, personalized, or made-to-order items,
-
items returned in used, altered, or damaged condition not caused by delivery issues,

products that are not in their original packaging or are missing included parts.
If a product is non-returnable, this will generally be indicated on the product page or at the time of purchase where applicable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

photos of the packaging if relevant.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
4. Return Request Process

Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or not processed.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address and any additional steps required.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.
6. Inspection of Returned Items
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the requirements of this policy.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with the terms below. If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the return and send the item back to you if appropriate.
7. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider.

We do not automatically offer direct exchanges unless specifically approved. If you would like a replacement for an eligible item, please contact us first.
If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions based on product availability and the reason for the exchange.
10. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

11. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the refund may be reduced to reflect return shipping fees, handling costs, or carrier charges.
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate shipping details entered at checkout.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, return records, customer communications, and other supporting documentation to PayPal, Stripe, card issuers, or banks in the event of a dispute.
